We always seek to satisfy our customers, therefore, contact us within 72 hours if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We will work with you to make sure you have a great shopping experience with. There are no cancelled orders due to the automatic processing of orders and international shipping times.
2. ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE
In order to be eligible for exchange please contact us after receipt of your purchase.
INELIGIBLE Exchanges can be done with extra fee:
- $15 total for one acupressure mat
- $30 total for two or three acupressure mat
- $50 total for five acupressure mat
3. DEFECTED ITEMS
If any of your mat arrive defected we will send out a replacement within 3 business days after the defected mat is received by us.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. INELIGIBLE REFUND/EXCHANGE
The following items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange:
- Wrong Color or product dimension
(please check fit guides before purchase to know your size)
- Items which were modified, customized and/or altered according to your specifications
- Custom orders or Promotional/ discounted orders
- Items damaged or altered while in your care
- Items past its return date
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
5. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have nay further questions on how to do this reach out to our customer.
